Total time: 35 minutes

Young children make their food decisions based on what food looks like. They like 'magical thinking’ so presentation is key. Let your imagination run wild! Here are some ideas for family pizza. Everyone can have a go and make different ones!

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Get the whole family involved, children can help wash the veg, make the pizza base mixture, roll out the pizza and decorate them! This is a great way to encourage food acceptance as well. This can be a great family bonding night and has the added bonus of being a fake takeaway for the family! If you have a muffin try and coloured cases/moulds place toppings in this and allow the kids to decorate their own pizza.

You can add vegetables in the base sauce (see Jamie's Oliver's 7 vegetable sauce recipe https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pasta-recipes/seven-veg-tomato-sauce/) & as toppings think 🌈effect!
