Blueberry oat cookies

This recipe is ideal as a well balanced snack for your babies and children:

🌈 🍌, blueberries & oats are sources of soluble fibre.

❤️ Naturally sweet from the fruit so no added sugar is needed.

👌Cookie shape makes easier for you baby to grasp and different textures helps continued progression with textures.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Suitable for the whole family so everyone can enjoy it.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup porridge oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/3 cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1/2 cup milk/milk alternative

Method:

  1. Mash the bananas

  2. Mix in all the other ingredients except the blueberries

  3. Chop blueberries & add into the combined mixture

  4. Scoop mixture using a tspn onto a baking sheet & flatten out into a cookie shape (won't spread!)

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180oc

  6. Cool on the try and allow to firm
