Blueberry Flapjacks

This recipe is ideal as a well balanced snack for your babies and children, or it can be a breakfast on the go with some yogurt:

  • 3 cups porridge oats

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk/milk alternative


  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Pour into loaf tin/mini rectangle cake mould

  3. Top with more blueberries & coconut flakes

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180c

  5. Cool & serve!
