Blueberry Flapjacks

This recipe is ideal as a well balanced snack for your babies and children, or it can be a breakfast on the go with some yogurt:

๐Ÿ‘ Contains protein, fibre, iron, vitamins and minerals.

๐ŸŒˆ blueberries & oats are sources of soluble fibre.

๐Ÿ’ฏ Promotes a healthy gut.

๐Ÿ‘ŒFinger shape makes easier for you baby to grasp and different textures helps continued progression with textures.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ Suitable for the whole family so everyone can enjoy it.


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups porridge oats

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk/milk alternative



Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Pour into loaf tin/mini rectangle cake mould

  3. Top with more blueberries & coconut flakes

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180c

  5. Cool & serve!
