3 cups porridge oats
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk/milk alternative
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour into loaf tin/mini rectangle cake mould
Top with more blueberries & coconut flakes
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180c
Cool & serve!
